ABOUT SARAH
I’m an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. I proudly offer life and wellness coaching services built on a 15-year career in student development, including academic advising, facilitating life-design and career education (Tulane University), employee training, and instructional design.
Personally, my wellness has always been closely tied to movement - specifically dance and pilates - for exercise, creative expression, stress release, and community building. My journey through career and motherhood (10 years in!) has presented ever-shifting challenges to maintain wellness practices, and I have developed some valuable tools and perspectives along the way.
As a coach, I love to help women who feel stuck in unhealthy patterns to build simple, sustainable routines so they can have more energy, clarity, and confidence. Small shifts make big impacts.
