What is Wellness Coaching?
Wellness Coaching is a guided process for defining and achieving goals. This is done through reflection, thought exercises, and practical tools that generate personal growth and build self-awareness. Together, we will navigate goals related to:
Establishing healthy routines for rest, nutrition, and movement.
Reconnecting with identity, motivation, purpose, and body.
Creating balance among competing priorities.
Managing stress.
How It Works
All sessions are via phone or Zoom.
Begin with a free 20-minute exploratory conversation to determine coach/client compatibility and answer questions.
Coaching packages are for 1, 2, or 3 months of weekly or biweekly sessions, and include ongoing email support and materials between sessions. Packages vary by individual.
Wellness coaching is client-centered, not prescriptive. Your coach is your thought partner, accountability buddy, magic mirror.
ABOUT SARAH
I’m an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. I proudly offer life and wellness coaching services built on a 15-year career in student development, including academic advising, facilitating life-design and career education (Tulane University), employee training, and instructional design.
Personally, my wellness has always been closely tied to movement - specifically dance and pilates - for exercise, creative expression, stress release, and community building. My journey through career and motherhood (10 years in!) has presented ever-shifting challenges to maintain wellness practices, and I have developed some valuable tools and perspectives along the way.
As a coach, I help women who feel stuck in unhealthy patterns to build simple, sustainable routines so they can have more energy, clarity, and confidence.
